You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request an eligible return.

Return Conditions

Returned merchandise must be unused, in its original condition and include the original packaging and accessories.

For fragrance and other sealed personal-use products, the product must remain unopened and unsprayed to be eligible for return. Opened or used fragrance products cannot be accepted for resale.

Refunds

Once an eligible return is received and inspected, approved refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Your financial institution may require additional time to post the credit.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us promptly with your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue and make it right.
